General Charter Questions

What’s included in the charter price?
Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day is included, such as a captain and crew, snacks, lunch on certain excursions, drinks, snorkel gear, towels, etc.

What do I need to bring?
Sunscreen (reef safe), swimwear, camera, sunglasses, ID, etc. You can also bring your own snacks if you wish. We will provide chips and cookies.

How many people can come on the charter?
Up to 12 guests.

Where do we depart from?
The meeting point is at Montagu Beach, Nassau, Bahamas. The exact location is shown in the images below:

Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Yes, snacks and drinks are provided by us, however, you may bring your own snacks. The Spanish Wells and Exuma 8-Hour Charters also stop at a restaurant for lunch.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a charter?
Booking can be done through the “What We Offer” page on our website. Once you select the charter excursion you would like to book, you are then redirected to our scheduling page where you can book and available date and time. You are then redirected to the PayPal checkout. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and a receipt.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal checkout, which accepts all major credit cards and payments via a bank account. Payments are in USD.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, if you have a PayPal account, you can pay in installments through their service.

What’s your cancellation policy?
To receive a 100% refund, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to your charter's scheduled departure time. Any cancellation made within 7 days of your charter's scheduled departure time will return no refund. Cancellation made by B&B Boat Charters due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will return a 100% refund.

Where is the meeting location?
The meeting point is at Montagu Beach, Nassau, Bahamas.

What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 15–30 minutes before departure.

What if the weather is bad?
You will receive a full refund if there is inclement weather, or you can choose to reschedule your charter.

Is there a bathroom on board?
Yes, there is a bathroom on board.

Can we customize our itinerary?
Itinerary changes are subject to the approval of the captain. You may request to make a different stop or do an activity for longer, however, the length of the charter excursion will not be extended.

Family-Friendly Details

Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children are allowed on board. Life jackets are provided.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
No.

You may see parrots, flamingos, dolphins, sea turtles, swimming pigs and more!

Do you offer sunset or evening cruises?
Yes, 6-8pm daily.

Do you provide transportation to the marina?
